December 8th 2018 I was invited to Vienna taking part in “Sounds Queer?” discussing what queer sounds like and how we make make queer spaces safer.
It has been one of the best experiences of my creative career to date. Meeting truly magical people, learning a new way of working through trusting myself and others who I was collaborating with to listen and focus on our core beliefs rather than rehearse and add structure to a performance.
Playing in the Semperdepot brought me to tears, such a beautiful building!
to Shilla for organising an awesome gig at Rhiz Vienna with the most patient sound man I’ve ever met in my life! Thank you to everyone who attended the field recordings workshop, read more about what happened here
